Our fabulous 4 bedroom house is situated in a quiet position within walking distance of Grimaud village, 10 minutes drive from the sea, 1 hour's drive from the glamorous cities of Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo, & 2 hours drive from the famous Italian market towns of Ventimiglia, & San Remo.

This beautiful accommodation is ideal for enjoying your holiday. It consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven & gas hob, microwave, & vast walk in pantry. It opens out onto a covered terrace, with gas barbeque & traditional stone sink, perfect for enjoying warm morning croissant, shady lunches & balmy dinners with the flood lit chateau as a backdrop. The property also benefits from a separate dining room with table for 8.

A large salon with comfortable sofas for 8 with TV, DVD,& HiFi. with French doors opening onto a shaded terrace covered with grape vines & climbing roses.

The south facing terrace leads to a magnificent pool surrounded by verdant lawn with olive & mulberry trees. The pool is fenced so that children cannot access without going through the house. A pool alarm is installed, (which does not preclude vigilance & adult surveillance of children at all times.)

There is an electric gate with remote control & the 2200m² property is fenced with secure parking for several cars.  

The garage has a 2nd fridge for extra drinks, a washing machine a separate dryer & a utility sink. Your groceries can be directly unloaded through the garage into the pantry & kitchen.

From this ideal peaceful haven you can enjoy a game of golf or tennis locally, there is an amazing 'Luna Park' funfair for the children, mini golf, sailing, horse riding, diving, karting, a wonderful water park in St Maxime & Marineland in Antibes.

The world famous Pampelonne beaches & their restaurants are only 30 minutes away. The ferry from Port Grimaud will take you to St Tropez to the Provençal markets, view the stunning yachts, or be dazzled by the shops. (The Vuitton shop in St Tropez has the biggest turnover worldwide !) You can visit the Plateau de Valensole lavender fields, or marvel at the Gorges de Verdon, the 2nd largest canyon in the world. Visit the perfume factories in Grasse, eat authentic pasta in Italy, or tour some of the fascinating Provençal villages, like Gassin & Ramatuelle.The St Tropez area is famous for it's nightlife  & numerous casinos.

This beautiful family home belongs to an Anglo/French couple. Help & advice is just a telephone call away: Whether you need a stocked fridge prior to arrival, directions, restaurant reservations, cleaning or babysitting services. The gardener & pool cleaner will pass by occasionally to ensure that everything is in order We can provide linen for 20 euro per person, please notify when booking.
